XSL Formatterはcolor指定されていないテキストはRGBの黒でPDFに出力します。したがってPDFにはCMYKは出力されません。もしテキストをCMYK=0,0,0,1で出したいのならば、fo:rootに rgb-icc(<R>,<G>,<B>,#CMYK,<C>,<M>,<Y>,<K>) の形でK=1を指定してください。
