A.	この場合、cellのcontentsの高さ指定する必要があります。 W3Cの勧告には次のように書かれています。 6.7.10 fo:table-cell The method for determining the block-progression-dimension of the cell in the grid is governed by the row-height trait. よって、table-cell 内の block-container に inline-progression-dimension を指定する必要があります。
