Option File

A Option File location can be specified as the value to XDS_CLIENT_CONFIG, XDS_SERVER_CONFIG, and XDS_FOLDER_MONITOR_CONFIG. This is an xml file that contains default command line values. It can be used for common options and to prevent the values from being shown in process lists.

Sample option file:

  <commandLine>

    <value>-xds-host</value>
    <value>10.1.10.9</value>

    <value>-tpdf</value>

  </commandLine>

Each <value> element is treated as a command line parameter.
